Consultant

• Currently under contract with DPK Consulting, Inc., under a U.S. AID contract to head a legal team with the purpose of creating rule of law improvements to court and legal systems in the Gaza and West Bank, for improvements to the Palestine court and legal systems, with concentrations on improving judgment enforcement procedures, during the period 2006 through 2008. (This contract is on hold because of the political situation in this country.)
